Working principle

The liquid flows in from the filter inlet, flows out from the inner surface of the filter basket, the lower end of the filter basket is connected to the outlet, and the liquid flows out from the outlet; When a certain amount of impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter basket, the cleaning process starts at a fixed time or according to the set pressure difference. The gear motor drives the scraper attached to the inner surface of the filter basket to rotate and scrape the impurities on the inner surface of the filter basket. The impurities leave the surface of the filter basket along the scraper, and the liquid falls into the bottom of the filter, and the impurities accumulate at the bottom of the filter. The liquid containing high concentration of impurities is discharged from the sewage outlet, and the residual liquid can be recycled if necessary.
