Usually, the width of the baffle is about 1/12 to 1/10 of the diameter of the container, in which the accessories in the equipment such as thermometers, heat transfer snakes or various supports can also play a certain role in the baffle, but often cannot reach the "full baffle condition". Usually increase the number of baffles to count its width, the power consumption will also increase, but after increasing to a certain value, the power consumption will not increase, at this time the working condition is called "full baffle condition".
In the mixing container, the fluid can flow in all directions to the agitator, the length of the fluid stroke is different, and the flow guide can be used when the speed and direction of the return need to be controlled to determine a first-class condition. The guide cylinder is a cylinder with upper and lower openings, installed in the container, which plays a guiding role in stirring and mixing, which can improve the stirring degree of the fluid in the container, strengthen the direct shear effect of the mixer on the fluid, and cause a certain circulation flow, so that the fluid in the container can pass through the strong mixing zone in the guide cylinder, and improve the mixing efficiency. After the guide cylinder is installed, the circulation path is defined and the chance of fluid short circuit is reduced. The guide drum is mainly used for the guide of propulsion, screw and turbine agitators.
